Are You A Thermometer Or A Thermostat?

Are You A Thermometer Or A Thermostat?

I know you thought this was a blog just about chiropractic equipment and while we mostly focus on the health and safety of your equipment we also like to take a little time every now and then and check on the mental health and safety of your chiropractic office.

Now that the hectic schedule of holidays are behind us it is important to take a deep breath and check ourselves.  In the business of the season we sometimes become a thermometer instead of a thermostat.  What I mean by that is that we are so busy that we become like a thermometer and read the stimulus around us instead of being a thermometer setting the environment around us.  You know we are reading and feeling the temperature in the room instead of setting the temperature in the room.

So this month take 5 minutes unplug and rest yourself as a thermostat in your office, set your intentions on yourself mentally, physically and spiritually  so that those around you are able to react and enjoy the space you occupy.

Here is to a controlled 2020
